Infinite LEDs was founded in May of 2008 by Kyle Ambesi and Christopher Bobik. Frustrated by the confusion of multiple websites and the lack of ability to find solid LED kits for specific cars, and weary of the support from HID resellers, they decided to become a large distributor of various automobile exterior and interior LED bulbs as well as HID Kits for all vehicles.. Unlike other websites that are generalized, the goal here at Infinite LEDs is to help out every customer to find what they are looking for and to get each customer only the best available products out on the market today.
Shipping & Returns
Please allow 48 hours minimum to process your order. All LED items will be shipped out within a week of the order being submitted unless otherwise noted. Any item ordered that is currently out of stock, please allow upto 2 1/2 weeks for items to be shipped from our warehouse.
Orders between 1.00 to 50.00 will be shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS). Any order received over 50.00 will be shipped by either USPS or United Parcel Service (UPS). If your order is over 50.00, please state which shipment you prefer. If not provided, we will ship via USPS.
All items shipped come with Insurance. Insurance is automatically added to shipping costs during checkout. If any item is damaged during shipment, please contact us within 48 hours upon being received and we will replace the damaged product. Buyer is responsable for shipping costs for sending back the damaged product, and shipping cost for us to send new product.
All LED Products carry a 90 Day Warranty. If proper installation is followed and the LED becomes defective, it will be replaced. Items must be first sent back to our company for testing, upon inspection, if we do find it defective, we will replace at no extra cost. Buyer must pay shipping of product back to our company. We will provide shipping cost of sending product back to the customer.
All HID Kits and Accessories come with a lifetime warranty. If the HID Bulbs or Ballasts go bad, please contact us and we will send you an RMA # to send your defective product directly back to Apexcone. Please allow at least 2 weeks after we receive the defective product to ship out a new product. Buyer may need to pay shipping both ways. Refunds requested before your HID's are shipped will be acknowledged by the following; If requested within 48 hours of purchase, a full refund will be given. After 48 hours, only our wholesale cost will be refunded due to our agreement with Apexcone that we cannot cancel any order after it is submitted and will have to redirect its shipment to our place of business.
For international customers, please be aware that USPS First Class International, usually the cheapest service, does not include a tracking number, and we cannot be held responsible for internatinoal shipments once they leave US borders, as each country has different policies regarding customs and import taxes.

We here at Infinite LEDs take pride in our secure website and ordering system. We do not accept Credit Cards directly at this time, but a secure transaction through PayPal to ensure no private information could possibly be leaked. We do not store any personal information including Credit Cards or PayPal login information. Our database stores previous orders, customer accounts and customer shipping information for quicker transactions. AND/OR ITS EMPLOYEES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES THAT RESULT FROM, OR ARISE OUT OF THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE INFORMATION CONTAINED ON OR RECEIVED THROUGH USE OF THIS SITE, OR ANY SERVICES OR PRODUCTS RECEIVED, ISSUED, OR SOLD BY INFINITE-LEDS THROUGH THIS SITE OR ANY MEANS OF TRANSFERRENCE. INFINITE-LEDS SHALL, UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, BE HELD LIABLE FOR ANY DENIAL OF WARRANTY SERVICE BY THE AUTOMOBILE MANUFACTURER, DEALER, OR SEPERATE WARRANTY ISSUER. THE ISSUE OF THE WARRANTY CARRIES RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY AND ALL DENIAL OF WARRANTY SERVICE OR DAMAGE TO VEHICLE, EVEN IF THE DENIAL OR DAMAGE IS DIRECTLY RESULTANT OF INFINITE LED PRODUCTS, SERVICES, OR INFORMATION. THIS IS A BINDING AGREEMENT BETWEEN INFINITE LEDS AND THE CONSUMER OF THE PRODUCTS, EFFECTIVE AT THE TIME OF SALE OR TRANSFERRENCE OF PRODUCTS, INFORMATION, OR SERVICES FROM INFINITE-LEDS. |
